The Shops at Lucas is a 12,000 square foot ground up retail building on a 1.5 acre site home to a Chipotle, Jersey Mike’s, Palio’s Pizza, Great Clips, Pro Dental, and Elite Nails. The building foundation consists of a 12’ moisture conditioned pad, 44 concrete piers averaging 23’ in depth, perimeter grade beam, slab on grade, 30,000 square feet of paving, and 8,000 square feet of permeable pavers. The building was constructed of steel and metal stud framing with a TPO roof. The building includes high end finishes of brick, cast stone, stucco, storefront windows, and awnings & canopies.
